Status: Full Time | Monday-Friday

Pay: $41/hour

A leading healthcare provider in the NEW KENSINGTN, PA area, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team. As a vital part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth

• Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff hours, patient data, and departmental metrics

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
