We are a family-owned real estate investment company based in the Fort Wayne area, built on honesty and integrity. Founded in March 2018 by Logan Kimmell, Tony Moore, and Dakota Bailey, we've grown from acquiring 4 homes a year to roughly 20 homes per month today.

Our team has expanded from three founders to a full in-office team plus interns, property management partners, and virtual assistants and we're still growing!

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a highly motivated, high-energy Lead Manager to join our acquisitions team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling leads, building rapport, and setting appointments for our acquisitions specialists to meet with property owners and move deals toward close. This is a customer-focused, relationship-driven role rather than a hard-closing sales position: we're looking for someone who genuinely listens, understands what a homeowner needs, and sets them up for a great experience with our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Fort Wayne-area office.
WHAT WE OFFER

• $2,500/month base salary + 3% commission (estimated total annual range: $40,000-$80,000+ depending on performance)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make approximately 75-100 outbound and inbound calls per day to homeowners
• Build genuine rapport with homeowners and understand their situation and needs
• Set qualified appointments for our acquisitions specialists to meet with homeowners
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in our CRM
• Use DocuSign, Dropbox, Google Sheets, and our CRM to manage day-to-day workflow
• Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training

QUALIFICATIONS

• No specific industry background required. However, experience in car sales, phone sales, service industry, or BDC/dealership roles is a strong plus
• Comfortable with a high volume of daily phone calls
• Customer-oriented communication style - we're looking for someone who listens and guides, not a high-pressure closer
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with direct, honest feedback and a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment
• General familiarity with CRM systems, DocuSign, Dropbox, and Google Sheets (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Must be able to work in-office, full-time
