You will be dealing with number plates, capturing customers license plate numbers and State and record it at 99% accuracy.Pay Rate of $15.00/HR - Training 8:00am to 5:30pmHours of operation: 7 DaysMeet and exceed expectationsAssist customers with issues related to their employee discountsVerify eligibility and apply discounts to existing accountsCommunicate clearly and professionally with a customer-first mindsetCare for your customers by finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or productsMaintain composure in challenging situations and employ a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolutionQualificationsGED or High School Diploma required; some college preferredCustomer Service and Sales skillsMinimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience requiredTyping speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy requiredAbility to multi-task efficientlyComputer knowledge in Windows-based application requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageManages emotions and maintains positive energyPassion for meeting or exceeding performance goalsWho We Are:Qualfon is a global provider of omnichannel customer experience and business support solutions.
