Be part of a brand-new outpatient therapy program Help shape workflows and patient experience from day one Collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership Flexible part-time schedule Opportunities for professional growth and program development Competitive benefits for eligible employees What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional performance Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Contribute to the growth and success of a new outpatient therapy program through teamwork and patient-centered service Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota What Will Help You Succeed Strong orthopedic and functional assessment skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Positive attitude and desire to help build a growing outpatient practice About Blue Stone Therapy Since 2009, Blue Stone Therapy has partnered with skilled nursing and senior living communities throughout the Midwest to deliver high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
