Certified Caregiver - Independent Living - PRN

We are seeking a Certified Caregiver to work PRN for our Homecare Program. Starting Pay: $18.00-$22.00 Location: Independent Living at Sagewood What you'll do: Your role is to provide hands on care and assist independent living residents as needed with their care and ADLs along with being a companion to the resident. Assists with helping to keep resident's apartments tidy and other domestic duties as requested by the resident. Be a companion and keep our seniors active while encouraging and respecting their independence. * Ambulation and transfer assistance * Toileting, bathing, and grooming assistance * Wake up services and dressing assistance * Meal preparation * Organizational help * Ambulation support (pushing a wheel chair or accompanying for balance) * Errands (grocery and household goods shopping, etc.) * Companionship * Schedule and medication reminders * Maintain service plan tracking of all services performed * Know and understand resident's expectations and meet those expectations within community policy * Inform Supervisor of any changing conditions that affect the resident's ability to function independently You will enjoy: A generous benefits package which includes: * 401K + employer match * Scholarship (employees working 12+ hrs weekly plus school aged dependents) * Annual merit increases * Daily Lunch Specials * Employee Assistance Program * Daily Pay Options Who are you: * Current Arizona Caregiver/Med Tech Certificate or CNA required * Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care * Someone who provides high levels of customer care with compassion and heart * Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time * Maintain safe and sanitary work conditions * Flu vaccine required Sounds like your next opportunity?
