HR Coordinator

This is a Monday-Friday position, fully on-site. The HR Coordinator role supports the HR team by coordinating compliance tracking, HR reporting, department communications, and day-to-day associate support. The HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are organized, accurate, confidential, and responsive to associate and business needs. Primary Job Responsibilities Track compliance postings and related records. Administer I-9 documentation and compliance processes. Maintain HIPAA certification. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting. Assist with HR reporting and data requests. Support company event registration as needed. Coordinate the department newsletter; Canva experience preferred. Distribute daily department mail. Maintain digital files and complete monthly audits. Answer department phones. Monitor and manage the department inbox.Provide additional HR support as needed. Required Experience and Skills Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Provide internal customer service with a helpful, solutions-focused mindset. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Identify and support process improvements. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively. Maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience and Skills 1-2 years of human resources experience.
