Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Landmark of Oak Lawn in Oak Lawn, IL. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our clinic. Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors, and direct them to their appointments or destinations
Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and handle routine correspondence
Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and manually
Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and tests
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless communication
Provide administrative support to the clinical team, as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and Microsoft Office applications
