About the Role

The Company is seeking a Market President to lead its rural South Central Iowa market. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the market's operations, with a focus on Ag and Commercial Lending. This leadership role requires a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Ag and Commercial Lending, and a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships within the community. The Market President will be expected to be on-site, engaging with the local market and fostering a strong presence for the company. Applicants for the Market President position at the company should possess strong relationship management and business development skills. While not mandatory, current or prior management experience is a plus. The role demands a candidate who is willing to work closely with the community, understanding its needs and contributing to its growth.
