Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our 34-bed primary stroke and telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills and be comfortable floating to other units as needed, while also taking on occasional charge nurse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions related to stroke and telemetry.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in a telemetry or stroke unit is preferred.
