Strategic Resource Planner - Healthcare Operations
UASI
United Audit Systems, Inc. (UASI) is seeking a Resource Optimization Specialist to join our Operations team. This role focuses on capacity forecasting, real-time utilization, and staffing alignment across client engagements.
You will collaborate with Service Line Managers, HR, and the Resource Optimization Manager to maintain staffing visibility, forecast needs, and improve margins through data-informed decisions. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with QuickBase are essential.
