We are launching the brand-new Honest Abe Roofing operation servicing the entire Kansas City Metro, and we are looking for a high-performance inside sales professional who wants to win.

This role is for an outbound phone warrior—someone who loves being on the phone, doesn't hesitate to follow up, and wants to be measured and rewarded directly for their performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your job is beautifully simple: keep our field sales team fully booked with high-quality appointments. 

• Attack the Leads: Contact every new inbound lead immediately via phone, text, and email. 
• No Cold Calling: Every single homeowner you speak with has already explicitly requested information or an estimate from us. 
• Own the Calendar: Schedule, confirm, and organize pre-qualified appointments for our field team. 
• Relentless Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently on missed, canceled, or unsold opportunities to maximize our marketing dollars. 
• System Integrity: Keep customer profiles and job information perfectly updated in our CRM database.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales or outbound telemarketing experience required. 
• Customer Service: 1–3 years of customer-facing service experience. (2+ years in a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred). 
• Tech Savvy: Strong basic computer skills, with direct Google Workspace experience being a major plus. 
• Location: Ability to reliably commute daily to our main office at 4853 SE PP Hwy, Holt, MO 64048 . 
• Background: Positive, team-first attitude and the ability to pass a standard background check. 
• Smartphone Mandate: Must own a reliable personal smartphone and an active data plan capable of running company communication applications and digital follow-up systems. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour. 
• Paid Weekly: Steady, predictable direct deposits every week.
