The Quality Manager provides leadership and strategic oversight for all quality assurance and testing operations across the organization.This role ensures compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement in product quality, test accuracy and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the quality management system (QMS), including controlled documents, procedures, work instructions, audit readiness, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities. Provide oversight of manufacturing quality processes for Blaster-operated production and contract manufacturing partners to ensure products meet internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Lead floor quality activities across production, warehouse, and distribution areas, including inspection routines, line checks, product disposition, nonconformance handling, and escalation of quality issues. Oversee inbound and outbound quality activities, including inspection of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, customer shipments, returns, and product holds. Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes by partnering with Operations leaders, IT, Operations Controller, and Supply Chain to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Partner closely with the COO, Sr. Director of Operations, Operations Controller, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to align quality priorities with operational performance, customer requirements, and business objectives. Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, including assigning daily priorities, monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring consistent execution of quality procedures. Document, standardize, and maintain quality and operational processes to ensure clear expectations, repeatable execution, training effectiveness, and compliance with company standards. Lead complaint intake, investigation support, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action tracking, and communication of quality trends to leadership. Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, process deviations, supplier issues, and customer complaints; use data to recommend improvements and reduce recurrence. Coordinate internal quality audits and support supplier or contract manufacturer reviews to verify adherence to specifications, procedures, and performance expectations. Ensure quality staff and operational teams are trained on relevant procedures, inspection requirements, documentation expectations, and escalation processes. Perform other relevant duties as needed to support quality, operations, compliance, and continuous improvement objectives. Qualifications 5 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the quality management functions and department processes. 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Experience in aerosol filling, flammable liquids, or hazardous materials handling is strongly preferred. Skills and Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
