SAP SD Consultant

Overview: Job Title: SAP SD Consultant Location: Raritan, NJ Pay rate: 65-70/hr Experience Required: 10+ Years Primary Skill: SAP ERP - Sales & Distribution (SD) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Consultant to support ongoing SAP initiatives within the IM Medtech domain. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) functionality while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP SD functionality in alignment with business requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices and standard SAP configurations to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules including MM (Materials Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and FI (Financial Accounting).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues.
- Resolve system bugs and performance issues, collaborating with development teams when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including configuration documents, testing scripts, and training materials.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions for end users on SAP SD functionalities.
- Develop user documentation and manuals.
- Provide post-implementation support to end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Work closely with project managers to deliver projects within established timelines and budgets.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP - Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Strong experience in configuration, customization, and support of SAP SD modules.
- Proven experience in cross-module integration (MM, LE, FI).
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in documentation, training, and user support.
- Experience in IM/Medtech industry projects.
- Experience working in US-based SAP implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
