Position Summary OCA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for performing duties associated with billing and invoicing across all accounts serviced by OCA. Essential Job Functions Payment Processing: Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Transaction Management: Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data. Billing & Reconciliation: Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits; reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Problem Solving: Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues; be resourceful in finding alternative solutions to complex problems. Client Relations: Facilitate invoice payments by sending bill reminders and professionally assisting callers with department inquiries. Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status; prepare customer statements. Account Setup: Perform new client review and account setup. Compliance: Understand and comply with various state and federal regulations impacting the protection of personal data (HIPAA). #ZR Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related administrative/financial role preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Zoho preferred. Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well independently in a high-energy, deadline-driven atmosphere. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
