Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You are a healer and helper, addressing the whole patient as an individual, designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to the needs of patients, find joy in variety of settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients to additional care when needed. Qualifications They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
