Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our guests.Pay Range: $15–$17 per hourKey Responsibilities:Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized mannerPrepare and serve food and beverage itemsMaintain an organized and clean work areaControl inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage productsReceive deliveries of product from vendors and ensure proper storageReport to department manager when supplies need to be orderedStock and inventory productsRespond to customer questions regarding general information about the facilitySupply support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guestsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by managementCommunicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and ChefReview schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basisProcess snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sale (POS) systemAccountable for cash and check transactionsIncorporate safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:No experience necessary; we will trainMust be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and have obtained a Certified Food Handler's CardOther Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendanceExperience using point of sale (POS) systemsBenefits for Qualified Associates:MedicalDentalVisionPTO401(k)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
