Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance using four‑handed dentistry across multiple procedures Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education Qualifications Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire Strong infection control and patient communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Starting Wage: $22.34 per hour Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage Life Insurance Long Term Disability EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Paid‑time‑off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid holidays 401(k)/Retirement options Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr 002 Sea Mar Community Health Center
