Ian Knapper, an internationally-recognised master stonemason renowned for creating bespoke stone staircases and luxury fireplaces, is seeking a professional and articulate Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. Based in Alcoa, Tennessee, United States, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for luxury design and exceptional craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our discerning clientele, representing the high-end, one-of-a-kind designs for which our brand is known. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Ian Knapper, embodying the quality and professionalism of our work.
• Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, including architects, interior designers, and private customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Present our portfolio of bespoke stone creations with confidence and a deep understanding of the products and materials.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring all client interactions and progress are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate closely with our design and stonemason teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the luxury goods, architecture, or interior design industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a high-end client base.
• A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• A genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury materials like natural stone and marble.
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and be based in or near Alcoa, Tennessee.
