La Strada Italian Kitchen & Bar is looking for a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in preparing quality food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to La Strada’s recipes and quality standards. Set up and stock the assigned station before service. Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout service. Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy periods. Follow portioning, presentation, and preparation guidelines. Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed. Communicate effectively with the Chef and kitchen team. Help maintain a positive, professional, and respectful kitchen environment. Qualifications Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Sauté experience in Italian cuisine Strong attention to detail and consistency. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to follow recipes and instructions. Willingness to learn and take direction. What We Offer A professional and welcoming restaurant environment.
