Registered Nurse First Assistant

Kaiser Permanente seeks an experienced RN First Assist to support surgeons in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this perioperative role, you will provide advanced surgical assistance, including tissue handling, exposure, hemostasis, and suturing, while ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams, participate in pre- and post-operative care, and follow evidence-based protocols. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
