Location: Ashland, VA
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift openings; day shift opportunities available

Impact you’ll make

Move, stage, and stack materials using forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
Load/unload trucks and confirm product counts to keep inventory exact.
Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections; escalate maintenance and safety issues immediately.
Adhere to safety policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Maintain organized, clutter-free work zones to support inventory accuracy.
Partner with your team to meet daily production and shipping targets.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated forklift experience; some roles require reach truck, stock picker, or electric pallet jack experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Sharp attention to detail; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling heavy materials for the duration of the shift.
Dependable, cooperative, and committed to safe work habits.
Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is needed.
