Location: Austin, TX Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: The Judge group direct client is currently seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst . Title: Data Warehouse Analyst Preferred location: (Austin, TX or Southlake, TX) Duration: 2 Months(Contract to hire) This job will have the following responsibilities: Partnering with leaders across the firm and Corporate Analytics stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and reporting standards Leading efforts to provide firmwide performance visibility using modern, scalable business intelligence platforms, with Power BI as the primary tool Serving as a Power BI subject matter expert for OSPP analytics, owning end-to-end dashboard development from requirements through deployment and ongoing enhancement Managing the analytics delivery lifecycle, including requirements intake, data sourcing, modeling, visualization, validation, and sustainment Ensuring alignment to enterprise data standards, metric definitions, and governance practices Collaborating with data engineering, data governance, and analytics partners to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability Developing strong domain expertise in OSPP priorities, line of business/enterprise performance metrics, and key firmwide initiatives Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to ensure analytics drive measurable business outcomes Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior and executive audiences Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches and compelling visual stories 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analytics, with significant experience supporting executive or enterprise-level analytics Power BI skills, including: o Enterprise dashboard design and UX best practices o Power BI service deployment, security, and workspace management o Row level security SQL expertise, including the ability to write complex queries from scratch and understand existing enterprise SQL code Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile environment while supporting highly visible, high-impact initiatives Financial services or large enterprise experience By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
