Outreach Specialist
Silversmith Capital Partners
Silversmith Capital Partners is seeking a Bilingual Disability Specialist for a fully remote position. You will serve as a vital contact for health plan members, ensuring they receive the support needed to secure benefits. This role involves managing numerous calls and building strong relationships with both members and providers.
Successful candidates will have a customer service background, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to multitask effectively. Training and equipment will be provided to help you excel.
