* Do you have what it takes ?

Pest control sales is among the largest growing sales jobs in the nation. We currently rank around #7. Some reps work part time and make about $3-4000 a month. I've got full time reps that are experienced and make $8-10k a month and that is a typical 9a-4p day.

* We are a small company, but we have a strong team of only veteran, experienced techs in the field. All of the current employess either have previous pest control and/or sales experience. However, its not to say that you cant make it without the experience but you may need more training before getting out and making real money. The learning curve and desire is up to you.

* The benefit to you, is that this industry allows you to make great money in a short amount of time. This is great for guys with another job, or a family that they want to spend more time with. Some of my guys have no children, dont have a 2nd job amd they make about $150k a year grinding ! We are here to give you whatever resources, tools and leadership you need to succeed.

* Your first 90 days you are a 1099 employee. This will require you to drive your own vehicle to the office or neighborhoods, unless you would like to be picked up by one of your fellow techs or a manger in the morning and you will be dropped off by 4-430pm every day. If you have your own vehicle you get to leave the second you hit your goal for the day. If you dont hit your goal by a certain time, you are allowed to stay out until 8pm if you like, but its not required. Your money, comes from your time management. We are here to help you succeed, but we will not hold your hand. You have to be good at being self efficient, and you will make a lot of money .

After 90 days if you and I are happy with your results you will be given company truck (2025 Chevy Silverado), you can be changed to a W2 employee. This will result in full benefits package, health, 401k, profit sharing, etc.

* The next benefit to not be overlooked ! I pay sales guys commission checks every 2 weeks, and I guarantee we pay more commission % than any other company out there. The national average is 11-15%. We pay 40% of pest sales, and we pay 25% of any larger sales like exclusion, moisture work, structural work. The bread and butter is in the pest and termite unit sales. But if you have experience in pest control or construction field I can teach you how to sell the rest and its just icing on the cake !
