We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with resident plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
• Monitor patient's condition and notify physician of any change

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
• A current, unencumbered, active OH LPN license and current CPR certification

Skills and Qualities:

• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
• Ability to organize and prioritize
