Analyst III Pay Rate: $ 36 - $ 38/hour (on W2) Contract Length: 13 Months Location: Hybrid | Westwood, MA 02090 Work Hours: 1st Shift | 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM | Hybrid -Tuesday /Wednesday (flex on the 2 days in office) Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Job Overview This position will support the data analysis needs of the Technical Solutions team in the areas of innovation, technical sales assistance, and program support related to energy efficiency and decarbonization programs that serve the residential, multifamily, and commercial and industrial sectors. Responsibilities will include evaluation of data related to the performance of new technologies, analyzing energy efficiency and decarbonization offer data, reviewing and summarizing project information, and helping to improve energy efficiency and decarbonization program offerings and tools related to the energy efficiency programs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. This role works in an environment that often requires the performance of multiple simultaneous activities, where competing deadlines need to be met, and work is performed under pressure while involving significant business commitments and results Responsibilities Partner with team members and relevant stakeholders to understand analysis objectives, processes, and decision needs; translate them into clear analytical and data requirements Perform hands-on energy efficiency and decarbonization project data analysis (profiling, trends/outliers, reconciliation) to support insights on energy efficiency production and market trends Troubleshoot and rectify energy efficiency project energy savings data quality issues, ensuring results align with building science and energy engineering principles Triage energy efficiency project data analysis issues with technical evidence, isolate likely root cause, and help coordinate resolution with appropriate internal teams associated with energy efficiency offer. Use SQL (or equivalent querying), Power BI and Excel to validate data, reconcile results, and produce repeatable analysis for a project or measure portfolio. Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences. Help facilitate discussions to collaborate on energy efficiency/ decarbonization measure definitions, eligibility, engineering assumptions, and best practices to produce reasonable savings results. Evaluate data from field studies involving innovative energy efficiency and decarbonization technologies to assess their impact on current programs and inform future program considerations Qualifications 0-3 years of experience If 0 years, an internship would be ideal Bachelor's required(data science, mathematics, statistics, and engineering) Technical Skills Power BI Excel Looking for meaningful work?
