Caregiver PositionFriday–Sunday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | $15.50–$17.00/Hour + Weekend DifferentialComfort Keepers is looking for a reliable and experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a senior client in the Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building a consistent relationship with a client and is comfortable providing hands-on care and dementia support.Consistent weekend availability is required for this position.ScheduleFriday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PMSunday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PMCandidates must be available for all three daysPay & Benefits$15.50–$17.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certificationAdditional $1.50/hour weekend differentialPaid training and orientationBi-weekly pay with direct depositEmployee referral programInsurance benefits available for eligible full-time employeesPTO accrual begins after one yearFlexible scheduling and opportunities for additional hoursSupport from our office and scheduling teamsWhat You'll DoYou will provide individualized care and companionship while helping the client remain safe and comfortable at home. Duties may include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needsProviding mobility and transfer assistance as neededSupporting daily routines and activitiesPreparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessaryProviding medication remindersPerforming light housekeeping and laundryOffering companionship and emotional supportFollowing the client's individualized Plan of CareMonitoring and communicating changes in the client's condition or needsProviding appropriate support and redirection for dementia-related behaviorsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experiencePrevious experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care requiredComfortable providing hands-on personal careCNA certification preferred but not requiredValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceAbility to safely lift at least 25 pounds as neededCalm and patient when managing challenging behaviorsDependable and able to commit to the scheduled Friday–Sunday shiftsStrong communication skills and ability to respond to calls, texts, or emails from the care teamRespectful of client privacy, dignity, and individual preferencesWhy Work With Comfort Keepers?We believe quality care comes from caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to their clients.
