Senior Ecommerce Manager

Data-driven and strategic, the full-time Senior Ecommerce Manager will own the customer journey end-to-end, focusing on conversion rate optimization, subscription retention, and pricing strategy in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and execute a testing program to improve conversion rates and average order value across various site pages Manage subscription retention and churn efforts, applying behavioral principles to enhance subscriber lifetime value Lead pricing strategy tests to optimize margins and oversee upsell/cross-sell initiatives Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in ecommerce, subscription/retention, or growth marketing within DTC or subscription-based brands Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, ReCharge, and various testing tools Proven track record of designing and interpreting statistically sound CRO tests Strong understanding of dunning management and churn reduction tactics Familiarity with the ecommerce/subscription tooling landscape and pricing strategy optimization
