Family Resource Center Custodian, part-time

Family Resource Center Custodian, part-time LOCATION: County West Family Resource Center, 93 Syracuse St., Baldwinsville REPORTS TO: Center Coordinator SCHEDULE: 15 hours per week - daytime weekdays, 52 weeks per year STARTING PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Previous custodian experience helpful. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mop, sweep, and vacuum offices and hallways and common areas as appropriate on a daily basis. Shampoo carpets when needed.
- Wash and sanitize toilets, washrooms, and bathroom fixtures daily. Refill soap, toilet tissue, and paper towel dispensers as needed.
- Collect and dispose of paper and rubbish daily.
- Dust and polish furniture, wash windows, and clean blinds and woodwork as needed.
- Move desks, chairs, and other furniture and equipment as directed, to prepare facilities for organizational activities and special events.
- Assist with tidying and organizing donated items.
- Complete daily/monthly logs as required.
