Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team at Covington Family Dentistry! Full‑Time and Part‑Time Openings Available Compensation: $21-$33/hour depending on experience Job responsibilities & duties Preparing operatories for treatment Sterilizing instruments Directly assist dentist during procedures using four‑handed dentistry technique Take x‑rays and intraoral photos Accurately and efficiently treatment plan based on doctor’s diagnosis Providing patient education and post‑operative instruction Dental charting and coding Perform lab duties such as pouring models, taking impressions, and fabricating temporary crowns Administrative tasks such as answering phones, calling labs, and patient follow‑up calls Stock supplies and maintain equipment Accurately document and maintain Patient Health Information Qualifications CPR/BLS certification required Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred DANB (Dental Assisting National Board) Certification required for Washington State Radiology Certification required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix Full‑Time Benefits Medical with company paid contribution, Dental, Vision Company paid Basic Life Ancillary benefits Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance Critical Illness Short‑Term Disability/Long‑Term Disability Accident Competitive 401K – up to 4% match Competitive PTO Paid Holidays Part‑Time Benefits Competitive 401K – up to 4% match Sick Time #J-18808-Ljbffr Elevate Dental Partners
