Danish Customer Support Agent - Fully Remote

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international support team. This is a remote position for candidates based in the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania), offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting Danish-speaking customers.

No previous experience is required; full training will be provided! If you’re passionate about helping people, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow your career in a global company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone
Assist Danish-speaking customers with product or service inquiries
Accurately record and follow up on customer requests
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction

Requirements

Native or fluent Danish speaker (C2 level)
Good English communication skills (B1 or above)
Living in the Baltics or willing to relocate at your own expense
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to work remotely
