Minimum Requirements Complete a fingerprint clearance card Complete a 40‑hour training program (conducted by a BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List Pass the RBT Competency Assessment Reliable transportation (proof of valid driver’s license and auto insurance required) Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, including offices, homes, schools, and other locations in the community Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 35 pounds The position requires physically prompting clients and the ability to move quickly from one location to another—including transitioning from a seated position on the floor to standing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, bending, and reaching All employees are expected to follow all safety rules and policies Pass a criminal background check Roles And Responsibilities Direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior‑reduction plans developed by the supervisor Accurately complete all required documentation and data collection daily Complete online billing accordingly to the insurance codes authorized and submit in the specified timeframe Meet regularly with Supervisor and participate in in‑person consultations with client and BCBA Attend introductory and ongoing training Communicate in a professional, confidential, and respectful manner with clients, parents, behavior analysts, and other members of the community Benefits Fun and creative work environment Competitive pay (based on experience) Company issued iPad Medical/dental health benefits for full‑time employees Variety of service environments (school, home, social groups, clinic and community settings) Online practice management and data collection systems Career advancement opportunities in a growing company 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental, health, life, and vision insurance Paid time off and referral program Job Type Full‑time Salary $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule Monday to Friday Travel requirement Travel up to 50% of the time Work setting Camp, Charter school, Clinic, In‑home, In‑person, Montessori, Office, Online school, Private school, Religious school, School Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
