Wesley is a national company listed on the INC 500 in 2020.Job Summary:You'll lead your own QS team, day in and day out: coaching your reps up close, managing their performance, building the reports that show how your team is doing, and working with Team Captains to build a high-performing, motivated team that celebrates every win together. This role is at the heart of what we do: helping timeshare owners get out and get a successful outcome, while making sure every one of them has a great experience with us. IMPORTANT: You will be in the middle of the action. You'll be on the floor with your team: coaching them, living in Salesforce and Slack with them, and owning your team's numbers.The ideal person for this job is a successful sales leader who has a track record of hitting sales targets and is extremely well organized, highly motivated, and has a positive attitude. You know the art of sales management inside and out, you coach your reps with empathy, and you hold them accountable with consistency.Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Lead & develop the teamTrain each Qualification Specialist and build an individual growth plan for themPartner with Team Captains to build a strong, collaborative QS culture where people support each other and push each other to be their bestRun employee reviews, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions in partnership with HRKeep your team's energy high.Run the operationOversee daily QS operations and make sure your team hits its productivity benchmarksEvaluate QS performance and productivity on an ongoing basis: trends, strengths, and areas for improvementBuild daily, weekly, and monthly reports that give leadership clear visibility into team performance and business resultsCommunicateStay in constant contact with your team. Be responsive. Be approachable.Handle team questions, issues, and escalations through Slack and Chatter in SalesforceStep up on cross-functional efforts and special initiatives whenever the team or business needs itRequirements:2+ years of proven success as a sales manager (required)CRM reporting and team performance tracking experience strongly preferredStrong leadership and interpersonal skills: you can motivate, coach, and hold people accountableExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proficiency in using a CRM (we use Salesforce), Google Workspace, and related toolsSharp attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shiftA dependable, consistent work ethic.
