Valid licensed registered nurse (RN) license in your state; compact licensure accepted. Certification in ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC. Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a Level II Trauma Center. Familiarity with working in a short-term acute care setting. Additional certifications or specialized training related to emergency care. Preferred Education & Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in emergency or critical care.
