Title: Planner, Cosabella Reports To: General Manager Located: NYC HQ (Flatiron) - Office-based Status: Exempt - Full Time About the Company Cosabella is an Italian luxury lingerie brand, recently acquired by Crown Brands Group and operated by Rafar Brands, the brand division of Rafar Group. Rafar Brands also owns and operates Hanky Panky, giving the portfolio a clear leadership position in premium intimates. We're building out the Cosabella team as the brand enters its next chapter of growth across DTC, wholesale, and international markets. About the Role We're looking for a Planner to own financial and inventory planning for Cosabella. You'll build the open-to-buy, set sales and inventory targets by channel, and make sure the business is buying and allocating the right amount of product to hit sales and margin goals without excess inventory. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the open-to-buy (OTB) plan by channel (DTC, wholesale, international)
• Develop sales, margin, and inventory forecasts at the category and style level
• Monitor actual performance against plan; recommend in-season reactions, reorders, and markdowns
• Partner with merchandising on order quantities, assortment depth, and delivery flow
• Manage inventory allocation and replenishment across DTC and wholesale accounts
• Prepare regular financial reporting and business reviews for leadership
• Support seasonal pre-season and in-season planning meetings

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of planning experience, ideally in apparel, intimates, or an adjacent fashion category
• Strong financial and analytical skills; advanced Excel required
• Experience building OTB plans and forecasting sales, margin, and inventory
• Comfortable working with planning and ERP systems such as Exenta, NetSuite, and Toolio, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a seasonal calendar
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, newly-integrated brand environment
