This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines and work practices. Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility. Key duties include directing patient care, participation in hourly rounding, and supervision of healthcare team members. Qualifications Special Skills We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Minimum Requirements Experience: 1 year of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school Certification: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona, BLS, ACLS are required at time of hire Preferred Requirements Experience: 2 years of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit Education: BSN Certification PALS CEN TNCC
