Senior Living Medication Aide & Tech Lead Care

Milestone is seeking a Medication Aide/Tech to manage medications and support ADLs for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will follow resident plans, communicate with medical staff and families, and help maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Starting wage is $25 per hour.

You will pass medications, document tasks, and coordinate with other aides to ensure consistent, compassionate care for residents daily.
