They need this hire to have strong technical knowledge; they are not looking for a hardcore workday consultant - someone who can handle short-term configurations or analyze integrations and configurations to diagnose issues.

For example, the manager spoke about getting change requests for workday , so this person coming in will understand whaT the issue is or if workday to ADP integration is broke, he comes in and figures out what is causing the issue etc and then figure out with the vendors and tell them what needs to be done.

Workday experience is a MUST

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or project manager or architect ( someone that has moved on from being hands on to a tech PM kind of role) supporting HR, Legal, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, with direct hands-on experience in Workday required.
• Experience implementing or administering a CLM platform (Malbek, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Proven track record independently leading enterprise system implementations from requirements through go-live, including managing vendors, budgets, and executive-level stakeholders with minimal oversight..
• proven ability to facilitate structured discovery with non-technical business owners, write clear requirements and process flows, and maintain traceability across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Comfortable owning current- and future-state process mapping independently, since this role is the designated process subject-matter expert for the People and Legal systems portfolio.
• Natural collaborator and relationship builder, equally comfortable partnering with People and Legal stakeholders on business process design and with IT peers on technical delivery, with strong communication skills that translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with lightweight governance and shifting priorities; minimal travel expected.
