Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will lead reporting and analytics blueprint workshops across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Store Operations to gather and translate business requirements into SAP reporting solutions. Rate Range: $70/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Analyst Responsibilities include: Lead reporting and analytics blueprint workshops to gather business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Master Data teams. Conduct fit-gap analysis of reporting requirements against standard SAP S/4HANA reports, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP BDC/Datasphere solutions. Translate business reporting needs into RICEFW objects and document functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting strategies, data models, and analytics solutions. Evaluate the complexity, business value, and implementation approach for custom reporting and analytics enhancements. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the SAP S/4 implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP reporting, analytics, and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Proven experience leading SAP S/4 Reporting/Analytics Blueprint workshops, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and RICEFW documentation. Strong expertise with SAP Fiori, SAP SAC, SAP BDC/Datasphere, and SAP functional processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Store Operations.
