Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on-site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Massachusetts
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Expected 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-need environment
