Upfit Mechanic - Direct Hire | Columbia City, IN

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $22-27/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pro Resources is partnering with a leading truck upfitting company in Columbia City, IN to hire a full-time Upfit Mechanic . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on trucks, solving mechanical challenges, and creating quality, customized builds.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate and install truck upfits - including wiring, hydraulics, and equipment installations
Perform automotive-type electrical work on trucks and related equipment
MIG weld steel (up to ¾-1 inch)
Apply your mechanical skills to ensure safety, precision, and durability
Work as part of a talented team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools
Enjoys working on trucks and taking on mechanical challenges
Problem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset
Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
