The role offers strong leadership access, meaningful ownership, and clear long-term growth potential.Why Consider This Opportunity for the Senior Financial Analyst?High-impact role with strong visibility to plant and finance leadershipOpportunity to take ownership of reporting, analysis, and process improvementsCollaborative, team-oriented culture with supportive leadershipClear career growth and succession opportunities within the organizationStable company with strong benefits packageHybrid schedule with flexibility (3 days onsite)Direct exposure to both finance leadership and plant operations teamsKey Responsibilities for the Senior Financial AnalystAnalyze manufacturing costs, operational results, and variance drivers across two production facilitiesOwn standard cost maintenance and governance within the ERP system, including setup, updates, and validationPartner with Plant Controllers, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accuracy in production reporting, labor tracking, inventory valuation, and material usagePrepare monthly variance analysis with clear explanations, trends, and actionable insightsDevelop and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support manufacturing and operational decision-makingImprove reporting efficiency through automation, standardized processes, and enhanced data flowsSupport indirect spend analysis, supplier performance tracking, and cost reduction initiatives in partnership with Procurement and OperationsAssist with weekly reporting, month-end close support, and ongoing financial analysisServe as a hands-on finance partner to plant leadership and operational teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost transparency and operational performanceQualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or manufacturing financeManufacturing, food manufacturing, or CPG experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost flowsAdvanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, dashboards, and data modeling)Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data setsERP system experience with strong data reconciliation skillsComfortable working in a hands-on, plant-facing role and partnering directly with operationsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance and operational teamsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferredWillingness to travel occasionally to the Beaver Dam, WI facility (approximately once per month)
