Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active, valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Credentials appropriate for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
• Prior experience in school-based settings, preferably serving K-12 students
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, evaluation, and goal setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working collaboratively within multidisciplinary educational teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for students in grades K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs
• Manage a diverse caseload across one or more school sites
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer consultative support for instructional staff regarding speech-language strategies

This contract position features consistent full-time school day hours: 7.33 hours per day, five days per week, aligned to the academic calendar.
