Join our solid, growing company where your work directly supports critical industries worldwide. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team for our Wichita, KS branch! Inside Sales Representative will support existing customers, explore opportunities for new products as well as expand business within the current customer base, and introduce products to prospective customers. Providing responses to customer inquiries in a timely manner.Assisting the field sales force with customer support.Ensure regular telephone contact with all key account customers and existing client base, prospects and leads.Follow up with customers on quotations.Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.Generate price quotations for new, and renewed sales opportunities following pricing strategies.Understand the relevant material specifications and customer requirements.Provide support to purchasing to maintain ideal stock levels for customer long term contracts.Participates in monthly sales meetings to report on previous month's efforts.Some travel required.Future relocation is a strong possibility Physical Requirements Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information) Function in the JobSedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Required Skills Previous sales experience is preferred.
