**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Telemetry!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient care and advocacy. - Evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering high-quality care. - Plan, implement, and document tailored nursing care based on individual patient needs. - Identify patient requirements and prioritize care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patients' issues, physicians' diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient well-being. - Manage patient care effectively to ensure optimal outcomes. - Document care according to established standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice and support innovative approaches to care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models. - Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience required. - Proficient in cardiac rhythms, telemetry, and managing non-titratable drips. **Education:** - Required: ASN from an accredited nursing school. - Preferred: BSN, Telemetry Certification or completion of Telemetry Competency Exam. **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - NIHSS - Telemetry Certification - CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours **Schedule Notes:** - Job Title: Registered Nurse / Telemetry Observation Unit - Shift: Day (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) - Hours Per Week: 36 - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Holiday Requirement: One winter holiday, one Eve - Float Requirement: May be required to float to other inpatient telemetry units **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
