The Pediatric ICU/CCU RN is a member of the Critical CareDepartment and manages patients with multi- system failure and a variety oflife-threatening illnesses.  ThePediatric ICU/CCU nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for assignedpatients and is responsible to the Clinical Manager or client facilitydesignee.

Minimum Requirements:

\n

\n

\n
• Current RN license in good standing in state of practice
\n
• One year recent experience in ICU, CCU, PICU, NICU oremergency medicine required
\n
• Successful completion of Amergis Staffing Solutions testingprocess
\n
• Prefers evidence of ACLS, PALS, NRP certification
\n
• Shows evidence of CEU requirements for the state of practice
\n
• Demonstrates the ability to assume a leadership role in acrisis situation
\n
• Demonstrates clinical competence specific to intensive care
\n
• Demonstrates the ability to work with patient growth anddevelopment needs across the specific unit of assignment
\n
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment
\n
• Demonstrates a full range of body motion in a regularperformance of duties on a daily basis
\n
• Must be able to work with frequent interruptions
\n
• 1-3 years complex job related experience
\n
• PALS, BLS, and ACLS, as required.
\n
• Must be at least 18 years of age
\n
