Starting Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Churchill County Federal Credit Union is seeking a qualified, dependable, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Loan Officer .

Starting pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour , depending on the applicant’s experience and qualifications.

The Member Service Representative/Loan Officer will assist members with their day-to-day financial needs and provide support throughout the lending process. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Job Duties

• Open new member accounts
• Open Certificate of Deposit (CD) accounts
• Answer and assist with incoming phone calls
• Welcome and assist members
• Process member deposits, payments, and other transactions
• Assist with loan processing and quality control
• Process loan payoffs
• Process electronic titles (E-Titles)
• Calculate debt-to-income (DTI) ratios
• Collect and review required documentation needed to fund loans from buyers and sellers, when applicable
• Communicate with local and surrounding dealerships
• Process monthly dormant account letters
• Obtain and review vehicle values using Kelley Blue Book (KBB)
• Obtain and review CARFAX reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to handle multiple phone lines
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Cash and check handling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
