Fatherhood Case Manager: Empowering Dads & Families
HUMAN SERVICE CHAMBER OF FRANKLIN COUNTY
Action for Children is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our fatherhood services team. You will work directly with fathers to identify barriers and develop individualized plans, connecting participants with housing, education, legal services, and child support resources.
