What You'll Do

As a Hostess at Brat Haus, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements.
Assisting with waitlist management and communicating estimated wait times.
Ensuring the front-of-house area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Food running
Bussing tables

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

At least 1 year of experience hosting in a casual full service restaurant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and ability to remain composed in a busy environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
