ABOUT THE ROLE Loan signing work is one of the highest paying ways to use your notary commission. Certified Mobile Notary Service sends signing assignments for refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages to notary signing agents in Deeth. You choose which appointments to accept and build income on your own terms.
KEY DUTIES Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Deeth and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with Nevada and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
KEY PROFILE Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS High speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.
PAYMENT $75 - $200 per loan signing appointment.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION Flexible contract work. Remote and mobile assignments in Deeth, Nevada and the surrounding area, U.S. only.
